Infralobo focuses on continuous improvement of services, quality of infrastructure and consolidation, as well as strengthening relationships between the company and the community to whom we provide services.

In order to meet the demands of the population we serve, we have continued to invest in quality infrastructures and sustainable technological means throughout this year.

A recurring theme in the media this year has been drought. As in previous years, Infralobo, despite living in a region adversely affected by climate change, was distinguished by ERSAR for reducing water loss in 2022. This organization has also awarded us a seal of quality for water for human consumption since 2020.

As part of its decarbonisation plan, the company has also replaced its fleet with electric vehicles.

We will continue to innovate and improve our services in the coming year, always considering the environmental impact of our actions. Achieving success ethically and sustainably is possible, and we take this responsibility very seriously.

The protection of our planet and ensuring a sustainable future for future generations depends on these efforts.

The Smart Resort project has undergone constant improvements, so we would like to list some of the tools we use which are a reference at a national level: the Smart Management platform allows the user to report an occurrence and monitor the treatment of the same in a simple, fast and transparent way; the telemetry platform allows obtaining remote water readings, as well as generating alerts of possible water leaks, stolen meters, among others; the Smart Irrigation platform allows turning off all irrigation sprinklers automatically when it rains; the Smart Waste platform allows visualizing the urban waste containers by their filling percentage and thus optimizing their collection routes.
