The following entities were present: Infralobo, AMAL, Região de Turismo do Algarve (RTA), EEA Grants Portugal - National Management Unit (entity funding this project), Norwegian Association of Local and Regional Authorities (KS) and the Innlandet County Council.
This project, which has the RTA and KS as partners, and aims to improve the Algarve's resilience and response capacity to climate change, creating the basis and support necessary for the implementation of the Algarve Intermunicipal Climate Change Adaptation Plan (PIAAC-AMAL).
One of the axes of the project concerns the exchange and consolidation of knowledge based on practical cases, which foresees the realization of a workshop for Algarve municipal technicians. In this workshop, called "Shape: Sharing Adaptation Plan Experience", a contextualization of adaptation in the Algarve was made and experiences and inspiring examples of good practices were shared by Norwegian colleagues.
